In recent years, as a result of COVID-19, the ministry of Word of Life Canada encountered some difficult times.

• Camps in Owen Sound ON, and Sherbrooke QC were closed for two years.
• Bible Institute ministry teams could not travel to do ministry outside of their campuses.
• Youth activities and events were severely restricted.
  Budgets were impacted as revenues declined.
• Through careful fiscal management adjustments were made and the ministry was able to navigate through this time. However, now the challenge is to keep moving forward and to pivot out of this difficult season.

Funds are needed at both campuses for the Camps and Bible Institutes as we focus on meeting the needs of our guests, students and staff moving forward. We want to ensure that health and safety needs are met and that both locations have the resources needed as we pivot out of this recent season of challenge. These resources will enable Word of Life Canada to remain vibrant in its mission to reach young people and train them to become leaders, wherever God leads them.
